Who’d have thought? Blue skies in Hampshire. The cathedral city of Winchester can be all sunshine and flags at times – happy days. This is the place to visit if you want to buy overpriced but tasty food (at the farmers’ market), scout for overpriced but nicely battered antique furniture (at the vintage market) or simply meander past overpriced property. But when the sun’s out, there’s a reason to celebrate – who knows what the flags were actually for.
